This page is maintained by the Fapulsester team to answer common security and privacy questions about the Fapulsester storefront and AI styling experience. It is editable project content, not an independent certification.
Accounts & authentication
- Sign-in uses email/password or Google, handled by our managed auth provider.
- Passwords are never stored by Fapulsester — only the auth provider holds hashed credentials.
- User roles (customer, vendor, admin) are stored separately from profiles and enforced server-side.
Data access controls
Every customer-data table in our database has row-level security enabled. Policies restrict reads and writes so that:
- Customers can only see and modify their own orders, briefs, sessions, and feedback.
- Vendors can only see briefs and orders that have been routed to them.
- Administrative actions require an explicit admin role check.
What we collect & retention
- Account profile (name, email, avatar) you provide at sign-up.
- Order, custom-brief, and stylist-conversation history you create on the site.
- Basic operational logs used to debug and improve the service.
You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting us at the address below.
Hosting & subprocessors
Fapulsester is built on the Lovable platform and relies on the following subprocessors for core functionality:
- Lovable Cloud / Supabase — database, authentication, and server runtime.
- Shopify — product catalog, checkout, and payment processing.
- Lovable AI Gateway — AI model access for the Layla stylist.
Payment card data is handled entirely by Shopify; Fapulsester never sees or stores it.
Shared responsibility
Security is a partnership. Our platform providers secure the underlying infrastructure; Fapulsester configures access rules and application logic; and you help by using a strong unique password and keeping your account credentials private.

Frequently asked questions
Who can see my stylist conversations and custom briefs?▾
Only you and Fapulsester's authorized team members can view your stylist sessions and custom briefs. Each brief is tied to your account and protected by row-level security, so other customers cannot access it.
How long is my data kept?▾
We retain your account profile, orders, and briefs for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account or request data removal, we will erase associated personal data within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law.
Do you share my data with third parties?▾
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with subprocessors needed to run the service (e.g., Shopify for checkout, our database provider for storage). Each subprocessor is bound by appropriate data-processing obligations.
What happens if I delete my account?▾
Deleting your account removes your profile, briefs, sessions, and feedback from active systems. Some anonymized or legally required records may be retained. Contact us through the contact page to initiate deletion.
Can I export my data?▾
We do not currently offer a self-service export tool. If you need a copy of your personal data, please reach out via the contact page and we will accommodate your request as quickly as possible.
